At this time we contract directly with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, OhioHealthy, Caresource, Molina and Humana Healthy Horizons. We also accept private pay clients and offer a prompt-pay discount. We are considered an out-of-network provider for other insurance companies. Certain therapy services may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement via a superbill. A superbill is provided upon request if you would like to submit a claim to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits. Contact us with any questions.

Getting started is easy! 

• Fill out our appointment request form here with some basic information.

• You will receive an email with a link to fill out intake paperwork and upload insurance information. The email will include the next available appointments for an assessment.

• As soon as intake paperwork is completed, your preferred appointment time can be confirmed.

• (Recommended if using insurance) Request a referral for speech therapy or feeding therapy from your primary care provider. The provider can fax it to (740) 860-4686 or email it to info@brighterspeech.com.

• At the initial appointment, we will perform a comprehensive evaluation and discuss your concerns in order to identify therapy goals and create a customized plan of care.

• You will receive a full report of the assessment and then begin therapy sessions with your therapist!
